Sr. Martech Testing Lead

8+ years of Quality Assurance and Testing experience. 5+ years leading enterprise-scale testing programs. Strong experience in Adobe Experience Cloud platforms. Experience with: o Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) o Adobe Campaign Classic / Campaign v8 o Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) o RTCDP o Adobe Journey Optimizer o Offer Decisioning o Adobe Analytics / CJA Strong understanding of:
o Customer journeys o Audience segmentation o Marketing automation o Personalization o Customer data platforms Experience with: o SQL o APIs o Data validation o ETL testing o Test management tools o Defect management tools
Test Strategy & Leadership Define and implement enterprise-wide MarTech testing strategies, frameworks, standards, and best practices. Establish quality governance across Adobe Experience Cloud implementations. Create test plans, test approaches, test schedules, and release validation checkpoints. Adobe Campaign Testing Validate campaign workflows and delivery processes. Test Email, SMS, MMS, Push Notifications, and cross-channel communication programs. Verify audience targeting and exclusion logic. Validate personalization and dynamic content rendering.
Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) & RTCDP Testing Validate data ingestion processes from source systems. Test XDM schema implementation and mapping accuracy. Verify identity resolution and profile stitching processes. Validate customer profile creation and updates. Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Testing Validate customer journey orchestration workflows. Test event-triggered customer interactions. Verify decision nodes and branching logic. Validate real-time journey execution. Offer Decisioning Testing Validate eligibility and prioritization rules. Test decision strategies and ranking models. Verify contextual offer delivery. Validate suppression and frequency management logic. Integration Testing Validate integrations among: o AEM o Adobe Campaign o AEP o AJO o Adobe Analytics o CRM platforms o CDPs o Data warehouses o APIs o External marketing system
