    • Establish investment plans and quarterly performance rhythms that connect market targets, paid and organic media activity, content engagement, social and influencer performance, Sales feedback, ROI indicators, conversion signals, and measurable business outcomes to determine what should scale, change, stop, or receive additional support.
    • Support product launch, growth and innovation, Remodelers Edge, channel, professional, and homeowner initiatives by ensuring market-level activation is locally relevant, sales-aligned, insight-informed, and measurable.
    • Translate segment, regional, and growth plans into clear campaign direction that enables internal teams and strategic agency partners to execute with alignment, speed, and measurable performance expectations.
    • Coordinate with brand, digital, analytics, sales operations, and strategic agency partners to ensure campaigns are briefed, approved, launched, measured, and optimized against defined market objectives.
    • Set the planning discipline and performance expectations that connect media investment, brand storytelling, social engagement, influencer activity, blog and earned content, organic visibility, and content reuse to broader brand, demand, consideration, and sales influence goals.
    • Ensure content and campaign plans are informed by audience needs, product benefits, search and answer-engine opportunities, homeowner and professional decision drivers, regional relevance, and measurable next-step actions.
    • Lead a broader marketing performance team and operating model that enables functional leaders, regional marketing, and execution teams to move from strategy to activation with clear priorities, shared planning routines, defined expectations, and measurable connection to market growth outcomes.
    • Performs other duties as assigned
    • Complies with all policies and standards
