The SR. NEW ACCOUNTS/CSR/BANKER is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Process all new account transactions.
  • Assist clients in selecting various account types and financial services.
  • Actively cross-sell the Bank's products and services.
  • Maintain and close all types of accounts and perform branch clerical duties.
  • Promote business for the Bank by maintaining strong client relationships and referring clients to the appropriate staff and partners for additional services.
Specific qualifications for the position include:
  • A minimum of 2 years of banking teller experience is required.
  • Experience opening consumer and business accounts is required.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
    Strong judgment and confidentiality.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as banking software and systems.
Pay Rate Range: $23.00 - 28.00/hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
