Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Sr On-Site Service Specialist to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Sumner, WA.

Job Title: Sr On-Site Service Specialist Work Location: Sumner, WA Duration: Long-term contract with option to hire Education/Experience Required: Requires high school diploma or GED and1-2 years of related work experience; Some related copy job experience is preferred.
Job Description & Responsibilities :
Primary responsibilities include processing inbound and outbound mail for the Corporate services supporting the 3 area offices in Sumner, Seattle, and Issaquah. All work performed in Sumner campus.
Candidate is customer facing both in the center and supporting a variety of inbound support requests from team members both on site and remote.
Excellent Customer Service skills are a must as well and good verbal and written communication skills.
Microsoft Office skills are a plus as we utilize Outlook, Excel, and Word on a daily basis.
Previous Mailroom or Mail Courier experience is a plus as we utilize a variety of Carriers to manage the daily requests from the customer.
PC use is more than 50% of time on task to leverage web based tools for the execution of the services provided.
Candidate works on a smaller team and must be flexible to the changing needs of the customer.
They will be best to have a high sense of self-motivation as the team is often working solo on their assigned tasks.
Environment is part of the warehouse function for the Business Center operates as the inbound warehouse dock for a majority of the HQ mail and parcel workflows.
Assignment is temp to engage until we fill the permanent position on the team.
There is no set current end date. Use of Hand trucks, Dollies, and pallet jack and used for mail and parcel handling.
Candidate should be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Mailroom activities may include route activities to involve moderate walking on concrete.
Skills & Qualifications :
Requires high school diploma or GED and1-2 years of related work experience.
Some related copy job experience is preferred.
May require valid driver's license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage
Demonstrate competency in basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Working knowledge of copier and other related equipment and repair is preferred.
Requires knowledge and understanding of shipping/receiving procedures.
Basis electronics knowledge is preferred.
Possesses ability to work independently and flexibly to complete projects.
Possesses ability to determine correct method and packing material as well as check packing slips for accuracy of incoming materials.
Possesses ability to comprehend instructions concerning mail delivery.
Possesses troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Possesses ability to read and comprehend written technical information in the form of manuals, parts books and related publications.
Possesses excellent customer relations skills and excellent verbal communication skills.
