We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead janitorial and housekeeping operations across a multi-property portfolio on Oahu and neighboring Hawaiian islands. This senior leadership role is responsible for developing operations managers, maintaining consistent service standards, managing labor and operating expenses, and strengthening client relationships.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in multi-site service operations, commercial cleaning, facilities management, or hospitality housekeeping. This individual must be capable of leading through other managers, improving operational efficiency, maintaining high service quality, and ensuring accountability across multiple properties.

Oversee janitorial and housekeeping operations across assigned commercial, retail, and other properties.
Lead, coach, and develop Operations Managers and Assistant Operations Managers, ensuring effective supervision of frontline teams.
Establish consistent operating procedures, service standards, and performance expectations across multiple locations.
Manage labor costs, operating expenses, budgets, and financial performance while investigating and addressing variances.
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure identified deficiencies are corrected promptly.
Maintain senior-level client relationships, lead service reviews, and resolve escalated operational concerns.
Coordinate staffing adjustments, scope changes, property transitions, equipment deployment, and operational training.
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements to increase productivity, service quality, and consistency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and applicable state and federal requirements.
Collaborate with executive leadership on staffing models, bid preparation, scope reviews, and operational planning.
Conduct regular travel between properties, including scheduled visits to Maui and Hawaii Island.
Provide operational leadership across shifts, including occasional overnight operations.

Minimum of 5 years of experience managing janitorial, housekeeping, facilities management, or similar service operations.
Demonstrated experience leading and developing other managers in a multi-site operational environment.
Proven responsibility for labor budgets, operating expenses, and financial performance across multiple locations.
Experience managing commercial, retail, hospitality, mall, or other high-traffic properties strongly preferred.
Strong background in client relationship management, service delivery, and resolving escalated issues.
Practical knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures, equipment, cleaning materials, and sanitary practices.
High school diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to meet company vehicle insurance requirements.
Must reside in Hawaii and be able to travel regularly between properties and neighboring islands.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including occasional overnight operations.
