Role description

• Seeking a Performance tester with 7 to 11 years of experience in performance testing using Neoload and expertise in monitoring tools
• Design and execute performance test plans and scripts using Neoload to evaluate system behavior under load.
• Analyze performance metrics and identify bottlenecks to ensure optimal application performance.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate performance testing into the CICD pipeline.
• Utilize monitoring tools within the performance testing domain to track system health and performance during tests
• Develop and maintain performance testing frameworks and best practices
• Provide detailed performance test reports and recommendations to stakeholders
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in performance testing and monitoring tools

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead performance testing initiatives for critical applications ensuring adherence to quality standards
• Mentor and guide junior team members in performance testing methodologies and tool usage
• Coordinate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage
• Identify performance issues and work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve them
• Establish performance benchmarks and SLAs based on business and technical requirements
• Drive continuous improvement in performance testing processes and automation
• Manage test environments and ensure availability of necessary resources for performance testing activities
