With a minimum of five years in crafting detailed electrical construction and specification packages, this role demands deep expertise, ready for Professional Engineer approval and various compliance submissions. You'll develop critical elements such as load studies, single line diagrams, lighting plans, grounding solutions, and detailed equipment schematics. Proficiency with National Electrical Code (NEC) and professional tools like AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, alongside power system modeling software such as ETAP, SKM, or EasyPower, is essential. Your communication skills and ability to work with relay settings, ideally on GE Multilin and SEL platforms, will set you apart. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and having passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam, you'll lead strategic initiatives, from preparing electrical load studies and specifications to managing material acquisition and cost estimation in coordination with project managers.
