The relationships we build in the process of doing business are sacred to us.The Sr. Preconstruction Manager provides overall direction and leadership for the collaborative preconstruction process and deliverable. Proactively identifies and resolves complex scopes of work and budgets. Maintains and builds positive working relationships with trade partners, clients, and project teams. WHAT YOU'LL DOProactively leads, communicates, and coordinates and the preconstruction process to provide accurate costs, constructability, and scheduling information to the client and HCS Team.Builds relationships with key design partners, trade partners, project developers, owners, and architects.Interfaces with the client to understand their needs and incorporate those needs in all budgets and related documentation.Able to deliver competitive bids, negotiated proposals and budgetary cost opinions.Creates conceptual budgets. Past experience with Industrial, Manufacturing, Warehousing and Distribution is highly recommended.Prepares estimate deliverables and presentation books for clients during various states of the preconstruction process.
