What You'll Do

• Act as the lead revenue partner to the Business Unit head, providing data-driven insights that influence the long-term growth and health of a portfolio.
• Execute pricing frameworks for new product launches, manage the annual price increase cycle, and design strategies to improve customer lifetime value (LTV) and retention.
• Upskill the organization's financial acumen by teaching cross-functional teams how to interpret revenue data and apply it to their specific functions.
• Autonomously identify hidden revenue opportunities, challenge the status quo by spotting value erosion, and propose corrective go-to-market (GTM) tactics.
• Transform raw data into compelling narratives and visual dashboards that drive executive decision-making.
• Build statistical models to support value-based customer segmentation, churn prediction, and anomaly detection.
• Work with product teams to share value insights and support the product development roadmap.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred degree in Mathematics, Business Analytics, Economics, or similar fields.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or business analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, challenge senior leadership with data-backed insights, and navigate ambiguous business environments.
• High proficiency in SQL, CRM systems (Salesforce), and advanced data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree with a quantitative focus.
• Experience developing pricing models for new product launches.
• Ability to make recommendations to stakeholders using large amounts of data.
• Experience managing strategic initiatives and/or driving revenue growth through price actions.

This is a hybrid role with in-office expectations determined by location and subject to change based on evolving business needs.

This position is open to applicants who are currently authorized to work in the United States and will not require employer sponsorship now or in the future.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $81,000 - $121,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on a variety of factors, including geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.

Mobility Global is committed to providing competitive compensation that reflects local market conditions and individual contributions. In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for incentive compensation, long-term incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package, where applicable.
