Amazon Quick is redefining how people work - combining agentic AI, intelligent automation, and collaboration into a unified productivity platform that serves both prosumer power users and the world"s largest enterprises. We are at an inflection point: the product is resonating with users, early adopters love it, and we want to help people transform how they operate with AI. We are seeking a world class growth leader who wants to join the journey to architect and execute the strategies that turn early traction into ubiquitous adoption.

We are seeking a Sr. Principal Product Manager-Technical to own Amazon Quick"s growth strategy across social and enterprise channels. This is a strategic product leadership position that requires deep understanding of the UX patterns, incentive structures, and engagement mechanics that drive durable, compounding growth. You will identify the structural levers that make adoption viral and retention inevitable - and you will execute against them with a small, high-caliber team of PMTs and in close partnership with teams across Amazon and our external partners.

This role reports to the Head of Product for Amazon Quick and is a key member of the Quick product leadership team. It carries high visibility, with routine engagement with AWS senior leadership including the AWS CEO.

Why This Role

The way people work is about to change permanently - and the product that captures that transition will define the next decade of productivity. Amazon Quick is positioned to be that product, and this role exists to ensure we grow at the pace the opportunity demands.

Key job responsibilities

What You"ll Do

  • Deep-dive into acquisition funnels, cohort behavior, and engagement metrics to uncover non-obvious patterns, building a rigorous experimentation culture with hypothesis frameworks and rapid iteration cadences
  • Partner with Sales, Partnerships, and Alliances to build product-led expansion mechanics, workspace virality, and champion enablement features that turn individual adopters into organizational advocates
  • Design viral loops, referral systems, activation experiences, and network effects that drive organic acquisition, converting trial users into engaged daily users across prosumer and enterprise personas
  • Own Amazon Quick"s multi-year growth strategy, defining channel priorities, viral coefficient modeling, engagement funnel diagnostics, and competitive benchmarking - building a compelling growth narrative reviewed by AWS senior leadership with routine CEO engagement
  • Lead and develop a small, high-performing team of growth-focused PMTs, driving alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and Partnerships while fostering a culture of experimentation, intellectual honesty, and relentless focus on impact

About the Company

Amazon.com Inc

At Amazon, we don’t wait for the next big idea to present itself. We envision the shape of impossible things and then we boldly make them reality. So far, this mindset has helped us achieve some incredible things. Let’s build new systems, challenge the status quo, and design the world we want to live in. We believe the work you do here will be the best work of your life.

Wherever you are in your career exploration, Amazon likely has an opportunity for you. Our research scientists and engineers shape the future of natural language understanding with Alexa. Fulfillment center associates around the globe send customer orders from our warehouses to doorsteps. Product managers set feature requirements, strategy, and marketing messages for brand new customer experiences. And as we grow, we’ll add jobs that haven’t been invented yet.

It’s Always Day 1
At Amazon, it’s always “Day 1.” Now, what does this mean and why does it matter? It means that our approach remains the same as it was on Amazon’s very first day – to make smart, fast decisions, stay nimble, invent, and stay focused on delighting our customers. In our 2016 shareholder letter, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos shared his thoughts on how to keep up a Day 1 company mindset. “Staying in Day 1 requires you to experiment patiently, accept failures, plant seeds, protect saplings, and double down when you see customer delight,” he wrote. “A customer-obsessed culture best creates the conditions where all of that can happen.” You can read the full letter here

Our Leadership Principles
Our Leadership Principles help us keep a Day 1 mentality. They aren’t just a pretty inspirational wall hanging. Amazonians use them, every day, whether they’re discussing ideas for new projects, deciding on the best solution for a customer’s problem, or interviewing candidates.
