Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated person to help grow our Datacenter Building Block Solutions (DCBBS). In this role, you'll support business development efforts and contribute to product strategy. Your focus will be on building relationships, understanding customer needs, and helping bring rack-scale and AI-optimized infrastructure solutions to market. Working closely with the team, you'll help turn technical ideas into practical customer solutions and support steady, sustainable growth.

Qualifications:
Education - Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus but not required.
Experience - Several years (8+ preferred) in a role involving business development, technical sales, or strategic account management within data center or AI infrastructure preferred. Hands-on exposure to data center infrastructure (power, cooling, rack integration) is helpful. Familiarity with AI/HPC server architecture, GPU platforms, InfiniBand, or high-speed networking is valued.
Skills
Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain business value in a clear, down-to-earth way.
Interest in identifying new market opportunities and customer leads to support growth.
Willingness to learn from market data, customer feedback, and competitive insights to help shape sales and product efforts.
Basic project coordination skills, including planning, organizing, and managing tasks with team support.
Ability to think through challenges and contribute to solutions.
A team-oriented, self-aware person who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is motivated by making a positive impact.
Salary Range
$162,000 - $182,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
