    Description

    Job Title: Sr. Product Manager
    Location: Irvine, CA - 4 days a week onsite
    Length: 6-10 months

    Someone who has done support before/ Program Management
    Flair for tech like AI (beyond just prompting), cloud (basic aws cloud stuff), data experience (SQL – write basic queries)

     
    Requirements Provided:
    Strong wealth management domain expertise across client experience, advisor experience, CRM, financial planning, portfolio management, trading, rebalancing, performance reporting, custody, and back-office operations
    Experience supporting HNW/UHNW or private wealth businesses
    Own product vision, roadmap, backlog, prioritization, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release planning
    Translate business needs into clear product capabilities, workflows, and delivery requirements
    Work directly with client, household, account, position, transaction, cash flow, performance, and activity data
    Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, BI, analytics, or data exploration tools
    Identify and shape AI and generative AI use cases for advisors, clients, operations, and service teams
    Use AI tools for discovery, requirements, analysis, prototyping, testing, and documentation
    Experience with rapid prototyping using AI, low-code, no-code, or design tools
    Understanding of AI-first SDLC practices and responsible AI considerations
    Partner with business, design, architecture, engineering, data, QA, and operations teams
    Lead workshops, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, UAT, and release readiness
    Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
    Ability to manage milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and cross-team coordination
    Experience working in an onshore-offshore delivery model across multiple time zones
    Ability to provide strong domain context and clear direction to engineering teams
    8+ years of product management, product ownership, consulting, or business analysis experience
    5+ years of relevant wealth management or financial services experience.
