The Opportunity Blink Health is looking for a Senior PM to lead strategic development across internal platforms,partner-facing tools, and third-party integrations. This role is for a product leader who thrives intechnical problem spaces, challenges legacy business models, and makes complex processessimple and scalable. Experience in Pharmacy Revenue Cycle Management - clearinghouses, PAworkflows, payer connectivity, eligibility, and claims - is preferred. Pharmacy ProgramManagement or Operations/Ops Excellence experience is transferable.

Youll play a central role in shaping the systems that power BlinkRxs commercial and pharmacyoperations - building foundational tools designed to scale with the business.

Responsibilities Set the product direction by defining the strategy and priorities across a suite of internaland external facing tools and backend services that drive the operations of BlinkRx. Lead the roadmap for external system integrations. Partner with Engineering, Data, Operations, and Legal to scope, build, and ship technicalsolutions that improve system performance, scalability, and reliability. Design reusable product components, workflows, and APIs that power core businessprocesses and reduce friction for downstream teams. Define success metrics, analyze product performance, and continuously improve toolsbased on data and user feedback. Identify opportunities in our business processes to automate, optimize, or rebuild forscale.

Qualifications 3+ years of product management experience with a focus on platform tools, internalsystems, integrations, or enterprise workflows.Previous experience as a software engineer or in a technical implementation role; able toengage deeply with architecture and backend systems strongly preferred. Adept at untangling complex, interdependent systems and turning them into scalable,efficient solutions. Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, distributed systems, and integrationpatterns; capable of translating business needs into technical specs. Proven experience defining and shipping AI/ML-powered product features, such asconversational AI, copilots, automation, or decision-support systems. Ability to translateexisting workflows into intelligent AI journeys that improve agent efficiency, reducehandle time, and enhance customer experience. Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with engineering, data science,compliance, legal and operations to define AI requirements, validate models, andimplement monitoring frameworks. Track and optimize KPIs such as call resolution rate,prior authorization turnaround, medication access speed, patient satisfaction(CAHPS/CSAT), and regulatory adherence. Data driven with a demonstrable history of using data to inform decisions, measuresuccess, and prioritize development. A track record of delivering high-quality outcomes, keeping stakeholders aligned, andpushing through ambiguity with clarity and focus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product direction,technical challenges, and business value across diverse audiences. Familiarity with internal tooling, workflow automation, or logistics software preferred
