We are looking for a creative, analytical and results-oriented Sr. Product Marketing Manager to drive listener growth across Amazon Music"s content offerings. You will help build and launch high impact content launches, owning campaign planning, cross-functional alignment, and execution to maximize visibility and adoption across all customer touchpoints. This role will work cross-functionally across Amazon teams, influencing and leading partners to think big, invent and simplify, and deliver on project roadmaps.

A successful candidate for this role will be an independent, creative problem-solver with great business acumen and the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while managing competing deadlines. You will have exceptional product marketing, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently under time constraints to deliver results.

Key job responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver GTM strategies and frameworks, which are scalable and repeatable across various product feature launches
  • Conduct customer research to develop insights and enhanced brand positioning to stay competitive in the growing MSP space
  • Oversee strategy, execution, and performance of cross channel global marketing plans to build awareness, adoption and engagement of key features
  • Partner with various product teams to develop product roadmaps for features meant to drive Monthly Active Users (MAUs), Listening Hours, and enhance the customer experience on Amazon Music
  • Partner and consult across with the Amazon Music Industry and Artist Relations teams to better integrate music and podcast artist content into the customer experience
  • Develop compelling GTM creative assets (video, social, Owned & Operated) working cross-functionally with creative designers
  • Provide copywriting guidance
  • Advocate for the optimal customer experience when working on UX design with product teams
  • Drive regular reviews of roadmap progress and results with leadership across marketing, subscriptions tech, and product
