Innovation: We develop and implement groundbreaking products and techniques that shape industry norms and solve complex and distinctive technical problems.

The Disney Growth, Commerce, and Identity Experience organization powers the foundational user experiences across Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and other Walt Disney Company business units. These experiences are built on a shared identity platform that enables secure, seamless authentication, registration, and account management for hundreds of millions of users globally.

The Identity Client Experience team owns and evolves the critical web-based identity surfaces that serve as the front door to Disney's streaming ecosystem - including login, registration, account management, profile management, and identity verification flows. These systems are essential to enabling secure access, supporting commerce and marketing initiatives, and delivering trusted, scalable user experiences.

We are seeking a Senior Product Software Engineer with deep web expertise and a passion for building secure, scalable, and highly reliable client experiences. In this role, you will design and develop core identity experiences used across Disney's streaming platforms, collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, and help shape the future of identity on the web. You will also serve as a technical leader and trusted partner, solving complex engineering challenges, improving platform reliability and performance, and mentoring other engineers.

Why join the Identity Client Experience Team:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams across commerce, streaming, security, and platform engineering to deliver cohesive identity solutions.
  • Support software throughout its lifecycle, including deployment, monitoring, observability, and continuous improvement.
