Serves as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders, providing expert guidance on infrastructure strategies, emerging technologies, and solution roadmaps that support informed decision-making.
  • Drives the implementation, integration, and optimization of advanced infrastructure environments, ensuring seamless interoperability across platforms, third-party applications, and legacy systems. Collaborates closely with stakeholders to define system architectures, recommend deployment strategies, and deliver scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.

  • Champions continuous improvement and innovation by staying current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and evolving best practices. Leverages deep expertise in company products and services to provide advanced technical support, introduce new solutions, and drive enhancements that improve performance, resilience, and client outcomes.

You're the right fit if:

  • Your skills include:

  • In depth IT knowledge including proficiency in SQL, Microsoft OS, Linux and Citrix.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a highly complex, customer-facing and global environment.

  • Experience supporting and deploying XML and/or DICOM interfaces.

  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or similar field of study.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

Through effective communication, knowledge sharing, and day-to-day coordination, you contribute to successful outcomes while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

This is an office role.
