Tesla is seeking a strategic and highly capable Senior Program Manager to join our North America Business Operations and Analytics Organization. In this role, you will lead internal fleet programs across North and Latin America, owning fleet operations, driving process improvements, and optimizing the end-to-end lifecycle of internal vehicles across the organization. You will serve as a key liaison across cross-functional teams to ensure the effective deployment, maintenance, utilization, and scalability of fleet operations.
You will leverage data and analytics to monitor fleet performance, identify opportunities to reduce repair dwell and vehicle downtime, and develop scalable processes, systems, and workflows that improve fleet throughput and operational efficiency. This role requires hands-on experience in operations, analytics, program management, and cross-functional communication, with a strong focus on driving operational excellence and scalable solutions.
Own business strategy for internal fleet programs, including cost modeling, capacity planning, operational efficiency, and the end-to-end internal vehicle lifecycle
Build cross-functional relationships with partner teams and stakeholders to ensure timely, efficient onboarding and offboarding of vehicle allocations
Develop scalable operating models, processes, and workflows with systems and engineering to improve fleet tools, automation, and operational efficiency
Establish prioritization frameworks and capacity planning so normal, ad-hoc, and escalation requests can be managed against available inventory and resources
Identify, evaluate, and launch programs that improve employee support, operational efficiency, scalability, cost, and risk
Build and monitor KPI dashboards, analyze fleet performance, and communicate insights, escalations, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including executive reporting
Own coordination of vehicle logistics, servicing, registration, fixed asset management, and assignment
5+ years of experience in cross-functional program management, fleet management, logistics, service operations, retail operations, or a related field, preferably in automotive or sales/service environments
Excellent analytical abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with dashboards and data tools (Tableau, SQL, Python or equivalent) to support decision-making and operational tracking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
Passion for Tesla's mission and knowledge of automotive technologies to align fleet activities with business goals
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive, results-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and as a member of a highly collaborative team
