Key job responsibilities
A day in the life
Your morning starts by assessing priorities and keeping the right people aligned on milestones. By mid-morning, you"re leading cross-org syncs, aligning teams on sprint priorities and clearing the path forward. Afternoons shift to writing mode, shaping QBR docs, pulling metrics, and pressure-testing your narrative before it reaches senior leadership. The rest of your day moves between strategic work (like scoping a new automation) and tactical follow-through (confirming timelines, tightening definitions). No two days look the same, but this role always comes back to influencing without authority, writing clearly through ambiguity, and driving programs toward measurable outcomes.
