Sr. Project Manager - $20M+ Commercial Construction

Reporting to the Operations Director, the Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple large-scale commercial projects while providing leadership to project teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Lead the successful delivery of commercial construction projects valued at $20M+
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and risk mitigation strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractor partners
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers
• Oversee change management, forecasting, cost reporting, and financial performance
• Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company quality standards
• Drive overall project success from preconstruction through closeout

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
• 10+ years of commercial construction experience with increasing project leadership responsibility
• Proven track record delivering commercial construction projects valued at $20M+
• Experience across multiple sectors including office, healthcare, higher education, industrial, hospitality, multifamily, or mixed-use developments
• Strong contract management, budgeting, estimating, and scheduling expertise
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management platforms
• Exceptional client-facing and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while driving project outcomes
• Stable employment history with reputable commercial general contractors

• Base salary: $145,000+ depending on experience
