Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and support projects across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a collaborative mindset, strong organizational skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within scope. A PMP certification and excellent documentation capabilities are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from initiation to close-out
• Develop detailed project documentation including project charters, timelines, meeting notes, status reports, and change management plans
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure alignment across stakeholders
• Communicate clearly and proactively with team members, leadership, and external partners
• Manage risks, issues, and project scope changes with professionalism and efficiency
• Foster a positive team environment with strong relationship-building and leadership skills
• Ensure projects meet business objectives, timelines, and budget parameters

Required Qualifications:

• PMP Certification
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Exceptional interpersonal and people skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience developing and maintaining high-quality documentation
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
• Experience managing both technical and non-technical projects
