Senior Project Manager
The Senior Project Manager will report directly to executive leadership and take ownership of all aspects of project delivery from preconstruction and mobilisation through final completion. The successful candidate will oversee project performance, team leadership, client engagement, and financial management throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:
- Direct the overall planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of a large-scale mission-critical construction project.
- Manage project budgets, cost reporting, forecasting, billing activities, and profitability targets.
- Lead and support Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and site-based personnel.
- Oversee subcontractor selection, procurement processes, contract negotiations, buyout activities, and scope administration.
- Monitor project schedules and implement proactive strategies to address risks, delays, and operational challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design professionals, consultants, and trade partners.
- Develop and mentor project team members while fostering a high-performance and collaborative project environment.

For the Senior Project Manager we are seeking:
- Minimum 10 years of experience within commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or large-scale construction environments.
- Demonstrated success managing projects through all phases, from preconstruction to final handover.
- Previous experience leading project teams and developing Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
- Strong knowledge of construction financial management, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration.
- Ability to effectively manage relationships with owners, consultants, and subcontracting partners on complex projects.
- Data centre construction experience is highly desirable, though candidates with comparable mission-critical project experience will also be considered.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, scheduling platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commitment to safety and a thorough understanding of OSHA requirements and best practices.
