Relevant Project Experience - Public works / municipal infrastructure projects. - Underground utilities, especially sewer, water, and storm systems. - Roadway and civil infrastructure associated with underground utility work. - Site development, plat work, and land development experience is a plus. - Experience with public bid environments, and change order documentation. Ideal Candidate Profile - 7 - 10+ years of relevant heavy civil construction experience preferred. - Strong public works and underground utility experience. - Comfortable operating in a lean, non-union environment where people wear multiple hats. - High value placed on work ethic, ownership mentality, and willingness to do what is needed to help the company grow. - Local market knowledge and relationships with developers, municipalities, homebuilders, engineers, or public agencies are valuable. - Strong fit with a family-owned, relationship-driven, hands-on culture. Tools / Systems Experience with MS Excel and HeavyBid preferred
