Sr Project Manager -Greater Cleveland

Description

* Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasts

* Oversee subcontractor coordination, procurement, and contract administration

* Lead client communication and ensure project goals are achieved

* Utilize Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, and construction management software.

Profile

* 7+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial GC

* Strong ground-up construction experience; renovation/TI experience preferred

* Background managing retail, office, or hospitality projects

* Estimating experience and understanding of project financials

* Collaborative leadership style with strong communication skills

Job Offer

$110,000+ (commensurate with experience)
