Job Description
The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for:
- Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale healthcare infrastructure and energy modernization projects.
- Managing project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and financial performance.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Directing subcontractor and project team performance to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
- Collaborating with project executives and leadership teams on project strategy and execution.
- Overseeing project controls, risk management, and change management processes.
- Driving successful outcomes across multiple project phases from planning through closeout.
- Ensuring projects meet contractual obligations, operational goals, and client expectations.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
- Senior-level project management experience delivering large and complex construction projects.
- Experience managing projects valued at $10 million or greater.
- Strong MEP, mechanical, or building systems project experience.
- Experience leading project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships.
- Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare construction or healthcare infrastructure project experience.
- Experience with Energy-as-a-Service, infrastructure modernization, or facility upgrade projects.
- Background with a general contractor, mechanical contractor, or healthcare owner organization.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical education.
- Demonstrated stability and strong tenure with previous employers.
