Project Manager
This established design-build contractor has been operating for over 60 years and specializes in manufacturing facilities, warehouse and distribution centers, corporate interiors, and other commercial construction projects. The company provides integrated design, construction management, and general contracting services, delivering complex industrial and commercial developments across the United States.
Job Description
- Experience managing large-scale manufacturing and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
- Strong ability to lead project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders while maintaining schedule and budget goals.
- Extensive knowledge of industrial construction methods, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Proven track record of mitigating project risks, resolving complex challenges, and driving successful project outcomes.
- Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

The Successful Applicant
- Experience leading large-scale manufacturing or industrial construction projects with strong technical expertise.
- Ability to lead project teams while maintaining safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Thorough understanding of industrial safety regulations and enforcement of project protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address complex construction challenges and keep projects on schedule.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities for effective coordination with clients, contractors, and project teams.
