Required Skills
- 7+ years of relevant project management experience.
- 5+ years of managerial/project leadership experience.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree may substitute for experience requirements.
- Strong cross-functional/multidisciplinary project management experience.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Strong experience with cost savings, process/product improvement, or operational projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
- Experience working with Engineering, R&D, Quality, Operations, and/or Manufacturing teams preferred.
- Medical device / regulated industry experience is highly preferred.
- Must be able to work 100% onsite in North Haven, CT.
- Must be available for a 12-month W2 contract.
