Location: Oklahoma (Remote)

Role Overview

The Sr Project Manager must coordinate cost-saving initiatives with minimal supervision. This individual will partner across test, grooms, operations, planning, and deployment teams. The role requires managing scope, schedules, milestones, resources, budgets, reporting, forecasting, and risk mitigation for consolidation and exit projects related to cabinets, cages, sites, and leased fibers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate legacy decommissioning and cost-saving initiatives across multiple functional teams.
• Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Oversee project budgets, reporting, forecasting, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Partner with test, grooms, operations, planning, and deployment departments.
• Facilitate cabinet, cage, site, and leased-fiber consolidation or exit projects.
• Resolve complex issues and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Conduct data analysis and forecasting to support project milestones.

Required Qualifications

Education: A bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience is required.

Experience: Candidates must possess 5 or more years of project management or telecommunications experience.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, is required. Technical knowledge of SONET, DWDM, or IP is also required.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification is preferred.
• Strong skills in organization, prioritization, and data analysis.
• Proven ability to adapt and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
