Sr. Project Manager

• Lead construction projects through planning, execution, closeout, and handover.
• Set project schedules, track milestones, and address issues that could affect delivery.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to keep work moving forward.
• Review project plans, scopes, and changes to maintain clear expectations across the project.
• Monitor project budgets and costs to support informed project decisions.
• Conduct site visits and review construction progress against approved plans and schedules.
• Communicate project status, risks, and next steps with key stakeholders.
• Maintain project records and closeout materials for completed work.
