Sr. Project Manager - Data Center / Mission Critical Construction (Traveling Role)

The Perillo Group, a direct hire recruiting firm, is seeking a Senior Project Manager for data center and mission critical construction projects nationwide.

Job Description:

• Manage all aspects of project delivery from initiation to closeout on data center and mission critical construction projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, to ensure project success.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee project team members and ensure adherence to project requirements and standards.
• Provide regular project status updates to key stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in data center or mission critical construction.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction practices, building codes, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to project sites across the United States as needed.

Travel Expectations:

The candidate must be able to travel to project sites nationwide, with travel frequency varying based on project needs. Travel may involve extended stays at project locations.
