Vector Talent Solutions is a veteran-owned workforce solutions firm dedicated to helping organizations identify, attract, and hire top talent. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager for a client in the construction and infrastructure industry.

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a Colorado-based Senior Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure construction projects from planning through closeout. This role is responsible for project execution, financial performance, team leadership, and client relationships.

The ideal candidate has a strong background delivering large-scale infrastructure work and can manage schedules, budgets, contracts, and project risk. Electrical construction and data center experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure projects through preconstruction, execution, and closeout.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and change orders.
• Direct and develop project teams, working closely with field leadership, engineering, subcontractors, and other partners.
• Support proposals, estimating, procurement, contract negotiations, and project planning.
• Identify and resolve issues that could affect safety, quality, schedule, or financial performance.
• Build strong client relationships and communicate project status, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and financial forecasts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience, including leadership of complex infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong financial, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with electrical infrastructure or data center construction preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools such as Primavera preferred; PMP certification is a plus.
• Ability to visit project sites as needed.
