**Position Summary**
**The Project Manager delivers medium and standard-complexity projects — day-to-day planning, execution, control, reporting and closure — using the client's lifecycle, templates and governance. This role is focused on strong delivery-management capability: running projects well, maintaining controls, reporting accurately and escalating proactively across a concurrent workload.**

**Required Qualifications**
• 5–10 years managing IT and/or capital projects in a structured, governed environment.
• Demonstrated ability to run multiple projects concurrently.
• Solid waterfall delivery; hybrid/agile exposure; lifecycle and system-upgrade projects.
• Strong RAID, schedule and change-control discipline.
• Clear written and verbal reporting.

**Preferred Qualifications**
• Utility-industry project delivery preferred.
• Professional Services (PS) delivery experience preferred.
• Vendor-delivered implementation, modernization and enterprise-system experience.

**Experience Requirements**
5–10 years of hands-on project delivery, with evidence of managing several concurrent projects to successful completion.

**Certifications**
**PMP (PMI) strongly preferred, or equivalent globally recognized certification; CAPM or equivalent considered for the lower end of the band.**

• PPM / project scheduling tools and RAID/artifact management.
• Status and portfolio reporting; document and repository management.
• Change-control and forecast tooling.

**Key Responsibilities**
• Manage assigned projects end-to-end: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure within the client's lifecycle.
• Maintain project controls — schedules, baselines, milestones, RAID logs and dependencies.
• Prepare governance materials — status reports, gate submissions, change requests and forecast inputs to client standards.
• Manage stakeholders — project owners, delivery teams and vendors; run project-level governance.
• Support portfolio reporting — provide timely, accurate data into the single portfolio dataset.
• Escalate proactively — raise risks and issues on threshold rather than at the next reporting cycle.
