Job Description
A Connecticut-based services organization is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead assigned projects supporting outage management and related reliability initiatives.
About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business hours
- Setting: Hybrid (at least 4 days a week onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned projects from planning through delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality expectations are met
- Apply project management methodologies and best practices to support effective execution
- Coordinate with stakeholders and team members to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain alignment
- Monitor project budgets, milestones, and deliverables to support successful outcomes
- Support initiatives related to outage management, troubleshooting, appointment, and other reliability-focused projects
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies
- Experience in the cable or telecommunications industry
Desired Skills:
- PMP certification for candidates with equivalent experience
- Exposure to outage management, troubleshooting, or appointment-related projects
- Familiarity with proactive customer notification or service reliability initiatives
- Experience working on executive-visibility projects
