Location: Atlanta, GA

Technical Requirements:

Professional Experience: 5+ years of software engineering or data science experience, with at least 2+ years dedicated exclusively to prompt engineering and building LLM-backed applications.

Programming & Tooling: Proficient in Python and standard AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.

Vector Databases: Solid understanding of semantic search, embeddings, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, Chroma).

Software Architecture: Strong background in API integration, microservices, and modern DevOps/MLOps pipelines.

Professional Skills:

Exceptional linguistic precision and the ability to articulate complex logical instructions in natural language.

Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to evaluating non-deterministic system behaviors.

Strong collaboration and communication skills to interface with both highly technical engineers and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with fine-tuning LLMs or deploying custom open-source models.

Contributions to open-source AI frameworks or published research in NLP/Generative AI.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Data Science, or a related field.

The pay range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
