Job Description
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Sr. Project Analyst to support compliance and regulatory reporting for employee benefit plans, including retirement, health & welfare, and VEBA programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support IRS Form 5500, ACA (1094/1095), and SEC Form 11-K filings.
- Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, DOL, IRS, and state regulations.
- Maintain plan documents, disclosures, and compliance calendars.
- Support internal and external benefit plan audits.
- Analyze benefits data and prepare compliance reports.
- Partner with auditors, legal teams, HR, and third-party administrators.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of accounting, auditing, compliance, or benefits administration experience.
- Experience with Form 5500 filings strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of employee benefit plans and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
Preferred Experience
- Retirement, Health & Welfare, or VEBA plans.
- Employee benefit plan audits.
- ACA reporting (1094/1095).
- Workday, SAP, ADP, or other HRIS systems.
