Sr. Purchasing Manager Department: Purchasing, Solutions Location: Carol Stream, IL Type: Full-time Summary: The Senior Purchasing Manager leads all purchasing activities across assigned categories while driving cost optimization, supply continuity, and supplier performance. The Senior Purchasing Manager partners closely with Sales, Operations, Product Development, Supply Chain, and Finance to develop strategic initiatives, mitigate risk, improve supplier relationships, and support profitable business growth. The role provides leadership and development to team members, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational requirements. Success in this role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, negotiation, expertise, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across purchasing processes and supplier performance.
