    Environmental Conditions

    Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Laboratory Setting, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)

    Compensation: $28.00/hr - 32.00/hr
    Shift: First Shift (Mon - Fri)

    Location: Chelmsford, MA

    Discover Impactful Work:

    Contribute to QC microbiology lab primarily tasked with final batch testing of POROS products.


    A Day in the Life:

    • General lab cleaning and 5S activities.

    • RODI sample collections.

    • Oasis pump lead bioburden assay.

    • Pour plate bioburden method.

    • Endotoxin testing (LAL method).

    • Environmental monitoring.


    Education:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required

    • Associate's degree in Microbiology, Biological Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline preferred
       

    Experience

    • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in QA or QC or related field required

    • Experience in a cGMP environment.

    • Hands-on experience performing Environmental Monitoring (EM) and endotoxin testing is preferred.

    • Experience with sterility and bioburden testing is highly desirable.

    • Knowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, and laboratory quality systems preferred.
       

    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

    • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity and quality standards.


    Physical Requirements / Work Environment

    • Must be able to lift 35 lbs.

    Compensation and Benefits

    The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $19.83–$29.74.

    This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
