A top-tier mid-sized law firmis seeking a highly skilled Senior Real Estate Paralegal to join the team and help support our busy real estate practice group.Responsibilities Include:Assisting in all aspects of pre-closing, closing, and post-closing matters relating to loan financings, acquisitions, and dispositionsPerforming review of title reports/commitments, preparing title memorandum and title objection letters, and facilitating both loan and owner's policiesReviewing ALTA surveys and preparing comments based on standard requirementsRequesting UCC searches, analyzing and summarizing results; preparing UCC financing statements and amendments, including the preparation of collateral descriptionsPreparing closing checklists and monitoring status during course of transactionAssisting with entity formations and registrations, dissolutions, conversions, obtaining EINs, drafting of organizational charts, and various organizational documents, including transaction consents and resolutionsPreparing closing bindersAssisting with other Real Estate Department projects as neededCandidate Qualifications:10+ years of strong real estate paralegal experienceParalegal certificate or other qualification under BPC 6450(c) required. Bachelor's degree is preferredAbility to establish professional relationships with clients, title officers and counselMust be detail oriented and possess excellent writing, communication, organizational, and computer skillsStrong commitment to quality of service and quality of work is requiredAbility to be a reliable and positive team player is a mustExcellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentBillable Hour Requirement: 1,600 hoursCompensation: DOE - $150,000 - $195,000Firm provides: Parking, 401(k) Plan, Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, 10 days of sick time, 2 weeks of vacation, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, AD&D, and Life Insurance Benefits#J-18808-Ljbffr
