Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-lifecycle recruitment processes and strategies.
• Partner closely with internal clients and external candidate populations.

• Source, screen, and present high-quality, diverse talent to Hiring Managers.
• Build and maintain proactive partnerships with all internal and external client groups.
• Implement and enforce consistency with recruiting policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience in retail, corporate, consumer, or supply chain industries.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with change management and flexibility in work style.
• Developing analytical skills with the ability to report and understand data.

Preferences

• Prior experience supporting an international multi-brand business.
• MBA or advanced degree.
