The UHS Corporate Financial Systems Department is seeking Senior Reporting Analyst who develops, maintains, and administers the corporate Finance, Physician Fee Schedule (PFS) and Behavioral Health Reporting Manager SQL databases, including Revenue Cycle and Accounts Receivable reports. Responsibilities include Job Duties/ Responsibiliities: Stored procedure development and maintenance, user security, and data validation. Creates new Analytics Library reports (Cerner Invision and Millennium) and resolves user problems and errors encountered with the reporting databases via requests and tickets. Communicates with system users regarding all changes and enhancements, including data analysis and review to evaluate reported issues, and any balancing and correction efforts to verify and validate resolution. Uses technical experience and tools to develop and maintain Data Models, calculations/Formulas and creates Discovery Views for Pyramid Analytics dashboards, visualizations, and various reporting projects. Requires a thorough knowledge of the account flow throughout the revenue cycle from Patient Access through Patient Accounting functions. Supports related Patient accounting, Regional Finance (including Kodiak RCA team), IPM and Corporate Accounting teams via report development, data extraction, reconciliation, and related report automation. Manages/administers the day-to-day utilization and integrity of other financial reporting systems (Invision, Millennium Revenue Cycle, DA 2, CMOD, etc.). Skill set should include demonstrated written and verbal communication as well as proficiencies with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, programming languages such as SQL and Snowflake and SAP Crystal Reports. Experience with Cerner Invision and Millennium. Ability to resolve user problem and errors with the reporting databases. Comprehensive knowledge of revenue cycle from Patient Access through Patient Accounting functions.
