Job Summary (Senior Salesforce Developer):
- Design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions for US Federal clients
- Build custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flow
- Develop integrations with REST/SOAP APIs and conduct data migration activities
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and maintainable solutions
- Ensure solutions meet Salesforce security, sharing, and governor limit best practices
- Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance
- Manage deployments using version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD processes
- Mentor junior developers and maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams
- Utilize experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, integrations, automation, and security
- Employ excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification and experience leading technical delivery
