Job Description

HiFyve is hiring a Senior Saw Service Technician in the Metals Manufacturing industry in Charlotte, NC!

Salary: $25 - $32/hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

Location: Charlotte, NC (Travel 1x per month)

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and operator complex manual and automated band saws
Work order processing
Machine inspection
Telephone and field service support
Warranty issue solving
Report product quality and service feedback
CPC (Cosen Predictive Computing) product installation and support
Sales support ( tradeshows, demonstrations, application and testing)
Work may include traveling 1 to 2 times per month for install or service call
Machine installations and training of operators
Use manuals to support parts sales and inventory

Education Requirements
