Job Description
  • Develop, manage, and maintain detailed CPM construction schedules from preconstruction through project closeout
  • Establish baseline schedules, milestones, and phasing plans for a large-scale data center project
  • Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors to align design, procurement, and construction timelines
  • Integrate multiple schedule inputs into a master project schedule, ensuring accuracy and schedule integrity
  • Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks, delays, and opportunities for acceleration
  • Track progress, analyze schedule performance, and produce regular reporting, dashboards, and executive updates
  • Support risk management efforts through schedule forecasting, scenario planning, and mitigation strategies
  • Facilitate schedule coordination meetings and communicate updates with internal and external stakeholders

The Successful Applicant
  • 8+ years of experience in construction scheduling, planning, or project controls
  • Strong background supporting large-scale commercial or mission critical construction projects (data center experience preferred)
  • Expertise in CPM scheduling methodologies and schedule management best practices
  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
  • Experience developing and managing integrated master schedules and performing critical path analysis
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, design, and trade partners
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, technical construction environment
