Load Levelling & Bottleneck Management: Apply load‑leveling techniques and Theory of Constraints (TOC) to balance capacity and improve scheduling accuracy; MRP & Work Order Management: Execute daily plant‑level MRP to generate production requirements, release manufacturing work orders, and manage MRP exception messages. You will be mainly accountable for: Schedule Development & Maintenance: Translate projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a time‑phased build schedule, ensuring accuracy and adherence to KPI; Demand & Capacity Planning: Identify current demand levels, create tactical production plans, and calculate production lead times.
