With deep expertise in data centers, advanced technology facilities, and high-profile builds, the organization is widely respected for its operational excellence, safety standards, and advanced project delivery practices.Job DescriptionDevelop, manage, and maintain detailed CPM construction schedules from preconstruction through project closeoutEstablish baseline schedules, milestones, and phasing plans for a large-scale data center projectCoordinate with project managers, superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors to align design, procurement, and construction timelinesIntegrate multiple schedule inputs into a master project schedule, ensuring accuracy and schedule integrityPerform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks, delays, and opportunities for accelerationTrack progress, analyze schedule performance, and produce regular reporting, dashboards, and executive updatesSupport risk management efforts through schedule forecasting, scenario planning, and mitigation strategiesFacilitate schedule coordination meetings and communicate updates with internal and external stakeholdersMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
