Job Description- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using industry-standard tools (Primavera P6 preferred)
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate sequencing, resource allocation, and timeline forecasting
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, delays, or schedule conflicts
- Provide regular schedule updates, reporting, and analysis to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Support recovery plans and mitigation strategies when required
- Work closely with superintendents, project managers, and subcontractors to maintain alignment across the project lifecycle

The Successful Applicant- 5-10+ years of experience in construction scheduling or project controls
- Proven experience on data center, mission critical, or large-scale industrial/manufacturing projects
- Strong proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6 highly preferred)
- Deep understanding of construction sequencing, critical path analysis, and project delivery
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex, fast-paced project environments
