Job TitleConstruction Planning ManagerJob DescriptionDevelop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using industry-standard tools (Primavera P6 preferred). Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate sequencing, resource allocation, and timeline forecasting. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, delays, or schedule conflicts. Provide regular schedule updates, reporting, and analysis to senior leadership and stakeholders. Support recovery plans and mitigation strategies when required. Proven experience on data center, mission critical, or large-scale industrial/manufacturing projects. Strong proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6 highly preferred). Deep understanding of construction sequencing, critical path analysis, and project delivery. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
