Sr Seed Sales Rep

Gpac has partnered with a leading industry Seed company that is seeking a Sr Seed Sales Rep to expand their team.  This company offers a family feel and prides their business ethics of honesty and integrity.

Sr Seed Sales Rep Primary Function:

Learn company Seed product line and develop customer relationships.

Sr Seed Sales Rep Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee Sales Team and provide sales support
• Build and develop strong customer relationships
• Make recommendations to customers based on production goals
• Conduct customer presentations
• Understanding of regional seed markets
• Attend industry events

Sr Seed Sales Rep Minimum Qualifications:

• 4-year degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science or related fields
• 2-4 years of agricultural industry sales experience
• Knowledge of turf, forage, and native seeds is beneficial
• Management experience a plus
• Excellent ability to work autonomously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent communication skills
