Job Title: Sr. Site Manager
Work Location: Bloomfield, CT
Duration: Long-term contract with option to hire
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Education/Experience Required: High school or GED is required.
Job Description & Responsibilities :- This role will require oversight of onsite team, assisting with business processes as needed based on volumes (mail/print).
Skills & Qualifications :- The manager is looking for a candidate who is a detail-oriented individual with experience coaching and training employees, and a strategic mindset.
- Looking for candidates with good communications skills as this is a key contact facing position in the Global HQ.
- Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and use a computer, scanner, printer and finishing equipment.
- Parking is provided.
- Driving: No (however, they will be driving if converted so please make sure candidates have a valid DL)
- Dress Code: Business casual – no jeans, sneakers allowed if a solid color
