Job Description

1. Mission

Senior Software Engineer is a key role to design, develop, enhance and test PLC and HMI software for Edwards' products

2. Responsible

• Designing, documenting and reviewing software designs and requirements
• Software development - Designing, Coding and testing PLC software modules.
• Software development - Designing, Coding and testing HMI software modules.
• Hands-on testing using real equipment (vacuum pumps, abatement, precursor delivery system, etc.) and simulators to test and validate software functionality.
• Designing and executing performance and optimization.
• Participating in Peer Review, Design Reviews, Code Reviews, and Walkthroughs etc.
• Implementing the development, maintenance and execution of automated tests
• Documentation covering requirements, design, software result, test plans
• Collating and validating requirements with stakeholders prior to commencing development
