    Description

This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed. Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth of our key technology and consulting partners. Together they provide our customers with the expertise and scale needed to build innovative solutions for their most complex challenges.

Are you passionate about automation, data integrations, and solving complex technical problems at scale? The AWS Partner Core Tech team is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to lead the technical strategy and adoption of Partner Revenue Measurement (PRM), a high-visibility service that enables Partners to accurately attribute AWS customer revenue to their products and unlock programmatic benefits like funding and co-sell.

This is a unique opportunity to shape how thousands of AWS Partners integrate with Partner Central and AWS Marketplace to streamline access to APN program benefits through automated telemetry. You will serve as the global technical authority on PRM implementation patterns across all product types, working directly with strategic Partners on their most complex integrations while simultaneously scaling best practices to the broader Partner community.

    Key job responsibilities

    • Own the technical enablement strategy for Partner Revenue Measurement, driving adoption across all AWS Partner types (ISVs, SIs, MSPs, Channel Partners)
    • Design revenue telemetry architectures for strategic Partners with complex product portfolios and hybrid deployment models
    • Develop and deliver scaled enablement content (workshops, documentation, reference architectures) for internal and external technical audiences
    • Serve as the primary technical liaison between the Partner field organization and PRM engineering, translating feedback into feature requirements and roadmap input
    • Define best practices for Partner Central and AWS Marketplace integrations that streamline access to programmatic APN benefits
    • Curate technical artifacts that power agentic assistants to scalably onboard Partners
    • Lead the global PRM technical community, coordinating SAs across regions for consistent guidance and knowledge sharing
    • Travel up to 25% to engage with strategic Partners and deliver in-person enablement

    A day in the life

You"ll dive deep with strategic Partners to design telemetry approaches for complex products, run enablement sessions for internal and external technical staff on PRM best practices, meet with engineering and BD leadership to relay field feedback and shape the service roadmap, and curate the knowledge base that powers scaled onboarding through agentic assistants. Your stakeholders span PRM engineering, Partner Programs, Partner Development, and the broader SA community.

    About the team

Partner Core Tech drives the technical strategy and execution for the AWS Partner Network (APN) programs. As a strategic contributor reporting directly to the worldwide leader, you"ll work at the intersection of partner needs and program design, ensuring the technical perspective of partners and customers shapes how programs evolve. The team leads technical enablement initiatives, serves as subject matter experts for all technical program aspects, and provides operational support across the partner ecosystem. Your role will be instrumental in advancing Partner Core Tech"s mission to make AWS partners more successful through technical innovation and excellence.

    About Company

At Amazon, we don’t wait for the next big idea to present itself. We envision the shape of impossible things and then we boldly make them reality. So far, this mindset has helped us achieve some incredible things. Let’s build new systems, challenge the status quo, and design the world we want to live in. We believe the work you do here will be the best work of your life.

Wherever you are in your career exploration, Amazon likely has an opportunity for you. Our research scientists and engineers shape the future of natural language understanding with Alexa. Fulfillment center associates around the globe send customer orders from our warehouses to doorsteps. Product managers set feature requirements, strategy, and marketing messages for brand new customer experiences. And as we grow, we’ll add jobs that haven’t been invented yet.

    It’s Always Day 1
At Amazon, it’s always “Day 1.” Now, what does this mean and why does it matter? It means that our approach remains the same as it was on Amazon’s very first day – to make smart, fast decisions, stay nimble, invent, and stay focused on delighting our customers. In our 2016 shareholder letter, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos shared his thoughts on how to keep up a Day 1 company mindset. “Staying in Day 1 requires you to experiment patiently, accept failures, plant seeds, protect saplings, and double down when you see customer delight,” he wrote. “A customer-obsessed culture best creates the conditions where all of that can happen.” You can read the full letter here

    Our Leadership Principles
Our Leadership Principles help us keep a Day 1 mentality. They aren’t just a pretty inspirational wall hanging. Amazonians use them, every day, whether they’re discussing ideas for new projects, deciding on the best solution for a customer’s problem, or interviewing candidates.
